Tell us about your athletic career. What sport(s) do you play, at what level, and for how long? What conference do you compete in? What's your home region — where did you grow up and go to high school?
Your network is your greatest asset here. We're not asking you to name names or make commitments. We just want to understand the terrain you'd be working in. Roughly how many high school or college athletic programs are in your home region? How well connected are you there — coaches, ADs, facilities staff?
Where do you want to go after the jersey? What does a career in athletics look like to you — coaching, athletic administration, sports business, facilities management, something else? Tell us what draws you in that direction.
This program rewards initiative. Tell us about yours. Have you ever earned income through your own effort — a job, a side hustle, anything where your output determined your paycheck? Tell us about it.
Why Hustle Athletic? What is it about this program that made you stop and apply?
We work around your schedule, not against it. Activation windows are off-season and summer. We have minimal expectations during your competitive season.
